Tickets.
Tickets are $15 each and can be purchased through the ParadeSmart app, on this website, or at Security State Bank and Trust locations in Fredericksburg and Marble Falls. Tickets will not be sold at the homes. Children 12 and under are free. Tickets go on sale September 1st.
Comal to the Hill Country.
We’ve teamed up with our friends at the Greater New Braunfels Home Builders Association to offer a reduced-price combo ticket that grants access to both of our parades. The Hill Country Parade of Homes is on the final 2 weekends of October, while theirs is on the first 2 weekends. Head over to www.parademonth.com for info on the combo parade.

Sunday, October 19, 2025 @ 12pm to 6pm
Saturday, October 25, 2025 @ 10am to 6pm

This is a self-paced Parade of Homes, featuring several homes in some of the Hill Country’s most prestigious communities. Exact addresses will be released on opening day of the parade in the ParadeSmart app. In the meantime, take a look at the parade overview map to plan your routes.
ParadeSmart App.
We highly encourage all Parade of Homes attendees to download the ParadeSmart app. This mobile app offers a map and directions to all homes, allows you to purchase tickets, show your tickets for entry into each home, and vote for the highly coveted People’s Choice Award.
Parade Etiquette.
Let’s not forget that these stunning homes are either on the market, soon to hit the market, or are already being lived in and loved. As such, we ask all attendees to be mindful of the time and effort it took to get them ready for the Parade. These tips will help you enjoy yourselves while still being respectful of the builders’ and owners’ property.
Disclosure Info.
The ticket grants to you a license to enter Parade homes at the times set forth herein. You acknowledge and agree that under some circumstances, including but not limited to, incomplete construction of the home, safety issues, etc., entry to a home may be denied. You agree to be respectful of all personal property of each Parade Builder. Due to the unusual nature of the originality of each home you agree to comply with all specific, additional regulations and requirements imposed by the Builder or host when visiting any Parade home.
You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the Parade of Homes. You voluntarily agree that the Hill Country Builders Association and the Builders displaying the homes are expressly released by you from any and all claims, damages and liability of whatever kind or nature arising out of or in any way related to the use of this ticket and the Parade of Homes including, but not limited to, those occurring prior to, during, or after entry to a home, those arising out of injuries or death, those arising as a result of being denied access to a home in the Parade, and those arising while traveling to or from a home. BY ATTENDING THE PARADE OF HOMES, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE HILL COUNTRY BUILDERS ASSOCIATION AND EACH PARADE BUILDER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
